Shipping & Delivery Policy

As a software development and digital marketing agency, Monkdevelopers primarily delivers digital products and services. This policy explains how deliverables are provided to clients.

1. General Principles of Delivery

• All deliverables are provided electronically, including source code, design assets, marketing reports, and SaaS platform access.

• Monkdevelopers does not engage in physical shipping of goods.

2. Delivery for Agency Services (Custom Projects)

This applies to services such as website development, mobile application development, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Code & Software: Delivered via secure file sharing platforms, direct server deployment, or source code repositories such as GitHub or GitLab.

• Design & Creative Assets: Shared through secure links or client-accessible platforms after final approval.

• Marketing Reports: Delivered via email, shared dashboards, or presented during remote meetings.

The delivery schedule and milestones are defined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement. Final deployment or handover marks completion of delivery.

3. Delivery for SaaS Products (Software as a Service)

Access to SaaS products is granted immediately after successful subscription payment.

You will receive a welcome email containing login instructions, platform access links, and onboarding documentation.

The automated welcome email serves as confirmation of delivery.

4. Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines may be affected due to delayed client inputs, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges.

In case of delays, your assigned Project Manager will notify you and provide a revised delivery timeline.

5. International Delivery

Since all deliverables are electronic, Monkdevelopers provides global delivery without geographical restrictions, subject to internet availability and regulations.
