Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Monkdevelopers! We value your partnership and strive to deliver exceptional services and products. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellation and refunds for our Development & Marketing Agency Services and SaaS Products.

1. General Principles

Transparency: We clearly define scope of work and payment schedules before any engagement.

Fairness: Our policy is designed to protect both clients and Monkdevelopers.

Effective Date: This policy is effective from the date of service agreement or SaaS subscription start.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Agency Services

This applies to custom services including website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and consulting services.

2.1 Cancellation of Services

• Initial Proposal & Contract Signing: Cancellation within 3 business days is allowed without charge if work has not started.

• Planning & Discovery Phase: Cancellation may incur charges for completed discovery and planning work.

• Mid-Project: Clients must pay for all completed work and non-refundable third-party costs.

• After Completion: Cancellation is not permitted after final delivery and approval.

2.2 Refunds for Agency Services

Initial deposits or retainers are non-refundable once the project officially begins.

Refunds for service dissatisfaction are reviewed case-by-case only if the work is proven to be substantially non-compliant with the agreed Statement of Work.

Approved refunds are calculated after deducting completed work, expenses, and administrative costs.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy for SaaS Products

3.1 Free Trials & Demos

Free trials or demos are provided for evaluation. No refunds are issued after the trial period ends.

3.2 Subscription Cancellation

Monthly Subscriptions: Can be cancelled anytime. Access remains until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds.

Annual Subscriptions: Non-refundable except in cases of verified product failure unresolved within 30 days.

3.3 Refunds for SaaS Products

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions are evaluated at Monkdevelopers’ discretion.

4. How to Initiate a Cancellation or Refund Request

Email us at support@monkdevelopers.com with your contract or invoice number, reason for cancellation, and any supporting details.

Requests are reviewed within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in service termination and administrative charges.
